Caitlin Winner

There are a multitude of spaces in this painting: the building exterior, the kitchen interior, the window through to the other side of the house and the reflection of the trees and telephone pole behind the viewer. The challenge was to compress the range of colors and values in each space but still make the painting feel like one united whole.
