David Pettibone

This was painted from observation, looking out my window into my neighbor's yard. I started in the fall before there was snow and worked on it most sunny days while my 1.5 year old napped in the other room. Sometimes I had two solid hours to work, sometimes I would get set up and my toddler would decide it was time to play. It wasn't consistent work but I got to watch the season change from fall to late winter out my window as I painted and as my child slept.
