Client: Related Companies Community Partner: Women in Need (WIN) Scope: Mural, Artwork for kids playroom, Art Education Program Services: Art Curation, Custom-commissioned Artwork, Mural Execution, Print & Frame Fulfillment, Storage, Shipping, Art classes with Sugarlift artists, Gallery framing for kids' artwork and reception. Completed: 2023 Sugarlift worked with artist duo CHIAOZZA to create whimsical and meaningful artwork at the Harriet Tubman building in Far Rockaway, New York. With a mural spanning the entirety of the kids playroom, and framed works on paper in the multipurpose room, the space was infused with a sense of playfulness and joy. After the artwork installation, Sugarlift organized 3 artist workshops to expand the kids programming in the building. The workshops culminated with a special party celebrating the kids' creations, where they proudly showed their family, neighbors, and community their hard work.
